I drove to Jackson a couple weeks ago for my best friends birthday weekend and this woman pulled put into the road without even looking and hit us!! She was an Oriental lady who I guess was looking at a moose?! Haha well anyway I called BB Towing and the guy was there within 20 mins! He was very friendly and funny, he definitely made the experience way less stressful. The lady who hit me was obsessed with taking pictures of us?! ( Not too sure why lol!) we had our car towed to get fixed and we were on the road to Yellowstone within a few hours :)

I couldn't be more grateful to these guys! There's nothing worse than being broke down on the road. They arrived before their estimated ETA and really handled everything well including a hysterical female!!! Thank you a thousand times over!!!! They even went out of their way to help fix the car....and here I was thinking good old fashioned service was gone!!! I'll recommended them at every opportunity!!!

If at all possible do not use this company. My son was intimidated, threatened and scared to death by the owner of the company. Long story short, my son used a friends AAA, which is allowed by AAA themselves, when Big Bear showed up they wouldn't help because the AAA account was not in his name, they then proceeded to hook his car up and threatened to impound if he didnt pay $550 dollars.



IF you need a tow, use someone else, trust me you won't regret it.
