We had a wheel bearing go out on our uhaul trailer which left us stranded bout 60 miles away, and after uhaul got there stuff in order we were promptly greeted from the dispatcher at Big Valley Towing! They assured us they would do anything they could to get us and our equipment back as quickly and safely as possible. The driver (Eric) called us to verify everything again and give us his ETA. He was very prompt on getting to us quickly. Extremely friendly!!! Very enjoyable to be around, given the situation he eased the problem just from his great attitude, and he maintained it thru out the evening, even in the wind and rain he had to be in! I felt very secure about the uhaul (loaded with almost everything I own) and my truck being loaded and also the whole trip back because I watched the way he took pride in making sure everything was perfect, centered, tight, and safe, just as if it was all his personal things. When everything was all said an done and we were back to the uhaul store we had no ride to our room. Eric drove us to our hotel room, helped us get checked in since it was last minute and uhaul was the one paying since there equipment failed. Eric went way over, above, and beyond than you would ever imagine! He did not leave until we knew we had a room cuz he didn't want to leave us stranded again. Outta all the chaos and bad luck we had BIG VALLEY TOWING and staff made our situation a million times better! Thank you all very much!

Our RV broke down and they were the only company that had a tow vehicle available to come help us without making us wait up to 2 hrs!
