Back on August 4th 2010, my Mother and I were trailering my 1950 Studebaker truck back from Indiana to Phoenix. At about 5:30 we had a massive blow out on the trailer due to a bad wheel bearing. We had called AAA only to find out that they don't cover trailers. However the lady stayed on the phone with us and foudn us Billingsley Towing. They located a new tire, came out and filled the flat spare tire, and even lead us to the tire shop. The gentleman that came out showed up with a smile and even helped me put the fender back on the trailer. I was amazed and impressed by the professionalism and how willing Billignsley was to help us out. Great company and excellent employees. This is the way customer service should be. Thanks again for all the help.
