My lawn sprinkler valve box blew up in the middle of the night. I called Bills first thing in the morning. Told them of my blowout and that I was leaving town later in the day. I was told at first they were backed up several days for a service time, but if they would fit it in sometime during the day if I be willing to work with there schedule. After 2 1/2 hours of waiting they fit me in between other scheduled jobs. Replaced my broken cracked valve in under an hour and only charged me the a standard service call.

Owner is unresponsive, and impolite and defensive when you do reach him. Terrible customer service. You couldn't pay me to use this company again.

I called for a estimate, to my surprise a live voice answered the phone on the second ring. We arranged to meet at my home for a estimate the next day. I was given a neat written bid in detail of what was to be installed and the cost. After accepting the proposal work began in 3 days and they finished the entire sprinkler system in ONE day. I was expecting large scars in my yard but to my great surprise no marks. Bill used a machine that installed the pipe with a single cut to the surface. His crew was very accommodating to my requests and worked hard to complete the job quickly. The final bill came in exactly as the bid with no hidden extras. I rate this business a 10 and will recommend them to all my family.

Fast estimate, job done the following week. Was worried about the grass but they had a machine that installed the pipe with out trenches. There crew finished in one day, left my yard in the same condition as they found it. Great company to work with. Will recommend to all!

We called for a bid and were given a price, during which I told him we needed to have it dug down 4' so that he could bring a mini. Crew showed up without a mini so I was charged hours of labor for them to dig down by hand. Job looked very messy. I was overcharged by a great deal compared to the original bid. I left out of state a few days later and got phone calls from neighbors that I had a flooded yard. I tried to call them to see if they could do something about it, but they did not answer. When I finally got a phone call back two days later, I had already had to have the water turned off. He said the way they did it, with a rubber piece and clamps, were the only way you could do it because they didn't make the right size parts. Where's the pride? He didn't even come to fix the mistakes. My husband ran into town and was easily able to find the correct size coupler and glue it back together. Would not take any responsibility for miscommunications or poor quality of work.
