I agree with the previous review. Billy's Appliance & Spa is NOT reliable in the least. We too have a 2-10 home warranty and were assigned to use them for the installation of our dishwasher. They were supposed to contact us but they NEVER called. When we finally called to make an appointment, they did NOT show up. We called and rescheduled and they did NOT show up for the second appointment either. Finally 2-10 assigned us a different contractor to install our dishwasher and it's going to be another few days before we can get it installed. The warranty company needs to stop using Billy's Appliance & Spa and get decent contractors who will actually show up and do the job. Billy's negligence is not only looking bad on his company but also on the home warranty company for contracting with such inept service.

If I could, I would give a negative star rating. They don't even deserve a one star rating! They are NOT RELIABLE!!! I have had a claim open with my 2-10 Warranty Co. for six weeks now since I was assigned this company, Billy's Appliance, to fix my gas range. Billy's received the part to fix it a month ago! They never called to tell me they had the part. I had to call them and tell them that they had the part! I had to set the appointment for them to come repair...said they couldn't schedule for 2 weeks. When Billy's was supposed to come (on a Friday) they call at the last minute to say a piece of their equipment to sniff for gas isn't working and they would have it working on Tuesday (4 days later). They never called us on that Tuesday nor any other day since!!! This is now 2 weeks later and not one phone call!!! I contacted 2-10 Warranty Co. and they can't even get Billy's to call them back within 24 hrs. of having to leave a voice mail (no live person to answer the phone at Billy's!!)!! What rotten customer service Billy's has!!
