Provided by YP.comI called Yellow Cab 9.5 hours in advance for a ride to work the next morning. I asked for a cab to pick me up at 7:10. I was told that they could not guarantee 7:10 because of delay time. So I asked that the cab come at 7:00 because I have a boss who does not tolerate tardiness for any reason. This morning I woke up and got ready for work. When the cab had still not arrived at 7:15 I called. I was told there was not a cab in route to my house and that they were not sure when they could get a cab out to me. I have now lost my job!!!! I received a call from Yellow Cab at 8....an hour later than I had requested to be picked up, and was asked if I would still like a cab. When I told her no and that I had now lost my job....her words were, "Okay, thank you." Thank you?!?! SERIOUSLY!!!! I would not even give them one star...but it is required!

Provided by YP.comI enjoy using Yellow Cab. They are always on time and they provide great service. I never have to wait on the phone when i call. The cab drivers are always pleasent!

Provided by YP.comI have never heard of a business that is as low and mistreating of there employee's like this one. I wouldn't recommend this to my worst enemy.
