Friday evening (4th Mar) one of thier drivers almost caused numerous accidents. There was a backup at the Monitor Merrimack Tunnel so traffic was slow, their driver drove as far up the right side as possible and then cut off a driver to get into the right lane. As the traffic started to move through the tunnel, the driver then proceeded to change lanes while in the tunnel and cut off another person. This almost caused an accident becuase the person the driver cut off slammed on their brakes, which caused me to slam on mine and the truck behind me almost hit me (which caused a chain reaction). This was the first time I wanted a police officer to be waiting on the other side of the tunnel.



While driving towards Chesapeake out of the tunnel this driver had no regard for anyone on the road, no blinker use and swerved throughout the highway. If this is how they do business they will never get mine and will be mentioned in the articles about the Hampton Roads contractors and small business dealings. Since those that drive the trucks are a direct reflection of the business itself, I would suggest training your drivers a little better.

I called for an estimate on a bathroom remodel and the guy that came out Josh was very helpful and knowledgeable. He explained my different options and went through all the different kinds of tile and fixtures and the pricing associated with them. He actually ended up recommending one of the middle priced ones tiles (to my surprise) and said that it was a high quality with a great price. Well after it was all said and done we spent less than we expected and got a great new bathroom. Black Bear's workmanship is absolutely wonderful. We love our new bathroom!!!!
