I purchased a Cub Cadet Garden Tractor from Farm & Fleet, Onalaska. This year I had it serviced by them. They are either very short handed or extremely slow in performing routine service. After waiting for it for an extended period of time, I had to inquire about when it would be done. I was finally called to inform me that it was done and to come pay the bill before delivery, That was on a Tuesday and then I was told that the person who does the deliveries was off on Wednesday and Thursday. The tractor was finally delivered late on Friday only to have a tire that appeared low on tire pressure. After it sat overnight, the tire was flat. I placed a call to the service department reporting the tractor's flat tire condition and was later asked by the Service Manager if I could wait until Monday mourning to have it repaired. The tire was picked up on Monday morning like promised but was not returned until late that Monday afternoon after it was promised that morning. Customers need better service than this.
