My wife and I were traveling from NC to FL when our Yukon broke down right at the Ridgeland, SC exit. It was Sunday and everything was closed. On Monday, I called Blatchley since they offered towing and repair. After diagnosing the problem, he informed us it would be Wednesday morning before he would receive the part. He was sympathetic with us and offered to take us to the nearest car rental store about 30 miles away. When we finished our trip, he had someone come and pick us back up so we could pick up our Yukon. He was very reasonable with the price for the repairs and just an outstanding person. I highly recommend him!
