They cut down a large maple tree in my front yard. It was rotting out and a danger to the house and the power lines. BCTS did an excellent job of removing it in a timely and safe way for a reasonable price.

I used this service to cut down 4 trees and they did an excellent job. (Actually 5...they threw in another for free.) The tree climbers / workers were fascinating to watch and work, professional, and courteous. A job well done and I felt comfortable with them cutting down a tree that was leaning over the house.

I do not recommend this company as they were not very up front about what would happen after they cut down my tree. They wanted and extra $400.00 to haul it to the dump. When I asked them about this, they were very rude and discourteous. I was very unhappy with the whole thing and have never forgotten how I was treated. I am a single woman and feel they really took advantage of me.

This company takes advantage of single women, senior citizens, and young couples who do not know much about tree removal and contractual work. This is the company that all of the television shows warn you about. Please do not make the same mistake that I have. I hope that this helps you in your decision making process when choosing a tree service company. This company could improve in their business if they were up front and honest of their intentions and how exactly they make most of their money.
