With over 30 years experience in the Home Building Industry, it's owner has found that the key to a satisfied buyer is one that has been kept informed throughout the building process and has been involved in its daily progress. Open communication is encouraged and 100% customer satisfaction is the ultimate goal. We take care of everything from the Building Permit to the Occupancy Permit. We also build garages, room additions, and finish out basements for those who may already own a home. All plans are customizable and the final building plan is buyer specific, not a stock plan. Plans are from 912-2762 sq. ft. and prices start at around $83.50 per sq. ft. 100% complete.

Provided by YP.comThis is a very professional company that builds quality houses. Our house was built in a timely manner with no complaints at all. The owner was very friendly and easy to work with throughout the entire building process. I would recommend Blue Ridge Homes of Southwest Virginia to anyone who is looking to build a house, whether it is a custom plan or one of their plans.
