Mike was very knowledgeable and professional. He did not start cutting into our ceiling to investigate as many plumbers would have, but instead he took the time to diagnose the issue first. He and his team worked quickly and cleaned up after themselves. Would highly recommend Blue Ridge!

Friendly and knowledgeable crew

Michael came to my house at 6pm on a Friday night to fix a leak from a water pipe in my ceiling and was very courteous and helpful as to why had the leak in the copper pipe. I could tell he was tired from a long day but did not complain.

On time, professional and reasonable

This whole encounter was top-notch from the original call on Saturday afternoon to completion of the water heater replacement on Monday. We couldn’t have asked for nicer or more competent men! They had a tough job to replace a water heater that had a closet built around it! Quarters were tight but they persevered and got the job done! We really appreciate the professionalism and the quality of work was amazing!! I will be a great advertisement for Blue Ridge Plumbing, Mike Lunsford and his son. Thanks for a job well-done!!
