We had called them 2 weeks ago about coming to clean are townhouse. I set up a time that I knew I would be home. I called them 5 times no answer. I tried getting a hold of them till 1 hour after my appointment. I still have not recieved a call back. We had to find a cleaning company to come out last minute since they no showed. I will defiantly tell anyone who asks about my experience. I will never call this company again

Blues Skies was recommended to me by a neighbor. They have been to clean my house 3 times now and I am very pleased with the results. Kelly called me the day of the first visit to make sure everything was done to my satisfaction-it was! The crew works quickly and efficiently. Couldn't be happier! Would definitely recommend Blue Skies to others.

Blue Skies Cleaning has done a great job cleaning my home. They arrive on time, bring their own supplies, and clean well. I recommend them without reservations!

I have used Blue Skies several times. The ladies do a great job cleaning. The problems occurred with scheduling and arrival times. The first time the ladies were 45 mins early. My son was 5 months old at the time and I had to wake him from a nap to leave the house. After I had him all packed in the car they told me I took too long and they had to go! The second time they were early again, and this time I was not home. My dog was out in the house and the door was locked. I called at my scheduled time to see where the crew was, and I was told that they were already there and now they were working at another house. I was on time...why weren't they. I decided to give them one more shot...I have called several times and the owner has yet to call me back! Apparently I am too difficult because she can't just send a crew near my appointment time without me complaining...guess she doesn't need the business!

I've used several cleaning services through the years and have found that the quality of service generally disintegrates over time - like they are trying to impress you in the beginning but after the "honeymoon" wears off, the service is not what it used to be. We've been using Blue Skies for well over a year now and look forward to a very long & happy relationship with this service! The personnel is friendly, professional, and always does an amazing job! As a great bonus, they also use environmentally friendly products!

they know what to do and they do it! crew comes gets it done and gone. simple as that. i have used them for 3 years and never thought about changing.

I have had the Blue Skies team to my home twice now and have been delighted with their service. Happily I walk into my home and do not smell the heavy "clean" smell of other services, but what I do find is that my house is clean. I have told many friends about them already and will continue to recommend them. Communication is important to me and Kelly is wonderful at being available.

Her staff did a great job, and if there was ever a concern I would call Kelly & she responded immediately. I completely trusted Kelly & her staff as we were never home when they came to clean. Over the years, there were several times when I needed to change the day they would come to clean, or need them to come more often, and Kelly was always accommodating and flexible.

I was surprised when I read the earlier negative reviews but then I remembered that those were done by former employees of this company. I have had Blue Skies working in my house for over a year and since Kelly replaced her earlier workers, the quality and reliability of their work is wonderful! If they are going to be a little late, Kelly calls the night before to tell me. I pull furniture away from the walls and they clean behind it! I have absolutely no complaints and am very happy with Blue Skies Cleaning. They clean thoroughly and I have 3 dogs to clean up after! I highly recommend them and if you do have any problems, Kelly is very willing to fix them.

I've been using Blue Skies for over 10 years, and have been very happy with the service. They are dependable and consistent. I travel a lot, and I feel Kelly and her team are trustworthy enough to be in my house when I'm not home.

The owner of this company is absolutely AMAZING! I have never experienced so much negativity, had workers that don't show up for hours, workers who are hired to clean and have no idea what that means. I have seen this owner humiliate her employees in front of the customer, rant and rage at them and not take responsibility for her own errors on more than one occasion. Her prices are outrageous based on the lack of quality and unprofessionalism of the owner & employees. Some of her employees appear to work hard, they also work around dust and dirt, leaving it behind & pretending they don't see it. As a customer, I have never felt so completely disrespected by a cleaning company. It seems to be the owner's way or the highway and this customer is taking the highway. If I am paying dearly for a service, I expect high quality, efficient and effective service, not degradation and false accusations that her errors are my fault.I would strongly recommend you do NOT use this company!

I have a pretty big house, so when only 2 girls showed up to clean (when Kelly, the owner, told me 3 would be coming), I was surprised. They weren't able to clean the bottom floor due to time constraints, I guess, and promised to be back the next day. No call, no show. They showed up unexpectandly 3 days later. I am terribly dissapointed in the service they provided. I was told everything that they "could see and touch would be cleaned." Windowsills, blinds, pictures and decorations on the walls, and my treadmill were all skipped over. The downstairs was worse. The ledge underneath our bathroom window wasn't touched and again, pictures on the walls were dusty and knick knacks on shelves were untouched. I called the owner, Kelly and expressed my concern. Her response was that we were untruthful about how large our house was. She said that she would speak with her girls and get back to me. That was 6 days ago and I yet to hear from her. I strongly suggest going elsewhere for your house c

Blue Skies has been our families cleaning service for nine years. The ladies are very dependable and accurate. They have always been trust worthy and thorough, each and every time they clean, as well as courteous. I recommend Blue Skies highly for your cleaning services!

They never show up! They never take my garbage out! It goes on and on! Not a good serivce to recommend to annyone. The service that i replaced is Paradise Janitorial Services, Inc. E-mail them [email protected]. They are WONDERFUL!!!!!!

Blue Skies has been my cleaning service for nearly ten years. The work is thorough and dependable. The owner/manager is flexible, adjusting to our changing schedule demands. The employees work efficiently and carefully and are always polite and friendly. That we have used this service for nearly ten years pretty much says it all.

The people that I had the pleasure to be associated with (for a short period of time) were very diligent in their work. The physical labor is INTENSE. Without such employees I feel the company could/would not exist. It takes the combined effort of everyone to make anything work...and in my opinion, this company does. The employees are priceless for the service that they provide. This is the FIRST time that I have ever written a review-so I am genuinely sincere.
