Beware!! Rip off. He charged ...

Beware!! Rip off. He charged me $99 and my dryer worked 1 time after that. I have called the owner for 3 weeks now to give me a refund and he hung up on me. His contracted worker did not fix it and I should not be charged $99. He told me that it was probably some other problem which was very costly and difficult so we should call it even and he would refund me #39 - haven't seen it yet!!! Three weeks ago! RIP OFF
