Bob Ipock has an agenda for lower property values

Bob recently reviewed our home inaccurately. It was $29k below our newly appraised tax value, effective this year and he had the option of taking a cost approach which would justify our buyer’s agreed upon purchase price and a comp value, $7,500 below that price. The problem is that these comps were based on homes way smaller, without garages, AND were all 3 bed 1.5 baths vs. our home which is 3 bed, 2 baths. He gave insufficient credit for a full 2 car garage with an unfinished room above and gave ZERO value for 2 full baths vs. 1.5 baths on the “comp” houses. If you Google Bob, you will see that he has an agenda for lower appraised values EVEN in this awful market. He deserves full disciplinary action.
