Was at my house, made the repairs, and was gone in an hour and a half! I was convinced there was a pump issue, and he could have sold me one. But he was able to just repair the lines. Very honest, very efficient, and super nice guy!

After calling a few other repair companies(who didnt answer the phone and went to a machine)I called Bob who answered by the 2nd ring. He came out the very same day, and when he saw that there was nothing wrong with my dishwasher, he told me so, instead of replacing a part or "fixing" something else. All I was charged for was the service call.In these times, it is nice to know that are honest companies out there!The next time I have an appliance actually break down, Bob will be the man I call!
