I wanted tell you my story. As the happy home owner I got the great idea to clean up all the broken branches from the winter storms. So I proceeded to get in my 4x4 truck and go into the backyard and clean up the mess. What a mistake. I got my truck stuck in some thick mud. I could not get it out. I called my insurance company and it was covered. So they scheduled a towing service to come out the next morning. They seemed knowledgeable and said they would show up. They called me on Sunday morning to let me know they would be coming out. But all of a sudden they started telling me they would need to charge me 300 to 400 dollars without even seeing the truck. I told them I already paid for the service over phone with the insurance company they contracted with. So I told them to forget about it and called back the insurance company. They told me that company has a contract with them and I should not be charged any more than what I paid.

Boulevard Towing and Storage to the rescue. Adrian and his helper showed up to take a look at the problem, Adrian told me he needed to get a different truck to pull me out. They left and came back in about an hour. I was nervous because with all the rain and snow this winter I was afraid they would get stuck. They pulled my truck out in about 30 minutes. I was really happy.

Not the end of the story. Just what I was afraid of happened. They got stuck. I told Adrian I was so sorry this happened. His reply was "these thing happen and just part of business" It took them about and hour and a half to get out. I know they lost money on my job, but they did not complain. They just did their job and were on their way, to the next job.
