Called to speak with mr. Bovell, receptionist was very rude, when i asked for mr. Bovell she said, do you want to leave a message, i asked, oh is he not in and she just hung up on me. Tried back again, same exact thing as before. Waited a day and called back sane exact thing with same receptionist. Trued calling again and at this point she just started ignoring my calls. From what ive seen in various reveiws is that they lose business because their terrible customer service, and the rude as hell receptionist. I will be reporting the business to the better business Bureau, i have never encountered a receptionist that is this rude. One would think a business would take more pride in the professionalism. Its really quite pathetic.

DO NOT COME HERE. They are unprofessional and the two receptionist are the worse. They claim to have paperwork ready but come to find out they haven't done anything. A 2 day thing turned into a 2 week bail out. Ratchet business! This place is run by middle schoolers. Funny part is the whole town thinks there a joke. Bad reputation!

Very fast and easy to use

I never thought that I would have to use a bail bond company, but recently a family friend was arrested, and we were called to help get them out. From the very beginning, the people we dealt with at Bovell were GREAT. They got our friend out as quickly and even made arrangements so that we could speak with her while she was still in custody via phone. The nice woman who did the paperwork with us was great, Mr. Bovell was great, if this wasn't a transaction that involved bailing someone out of jail, I would actually LOOK FORWARD to doing business with them again. If you every have a friend or family locked up, don't hesitate to use Bovell Bail Bonds, they are very professional, and deliver on their promises.
