Provided by YP.comThis is not a angry review cause my bike got towed or about the money it cost to get it out...it is because they did about $1200.00 worth of damage to my bike and rode it till it was about out of gas and refused to cover the damage. This place is a joke and shouldnt be aloud to touch anyones property.If you have been to this place you will know its more like a farm then a towing/recovery maybe they should stick to pigs not towing.

Your bike was not damaged by us, You had let your friend barrow the bike who then thru their recklessness got the bike Impounded. Your bike was in poor condition when we picked up the bike for the Impound as our records show. We have a strict policy of "hands-off" all impounds, and when your bike when impounded was towed in without keys,(your friend threw them in the woods, when he was arrested for fleeting and eluding Law Enforcement, this is a false claim!Again we do apologize that you feel you were mistreated, we strive to make the unpleasant experience of getting a vehicle impounded as painless as possible & unfortunately we Impound many vehicles that the owner's let someone barrow them that get wrecked, damaged and trashed by the "friend".

Provided by YP.comOk where do i begin, for all you truckers just trying to see momma and the kids for a short period of time and plan to park on a paved lot posted tow away well by golly it will happen and if u get stuck with this company then u will be ran around to find out that ur comcheck will have to go to the bank and cash it, NO CHECKS what is that??? what established company ONLY takes cash, my goodness any person dealing with a comcheck knows that u have a good check. I think these people are shady and all about the money. Costed us over 400 dollars to be 5 miles down the road. Oh and was going to tow the trailer seperate to get more money out of us. Do we have any honest decent people in the usa?
Thank you for the review and we are sorry you feel we rated just 1 star. We stopped taking checks for Impounded vehicles due to the high amount of them that come back NSF or stopped payment. Our rates are regulated by the County and you were charged the rate allowed by County ordinance.Again we do apologize that you feel you were mistreated, we strive to make the unpleasant experience of getting a vehicle impounded as painless as possible.
