If I could give less than one star I would. Last night a family friend was in an accident and was transported via BayFlight to the ICU. Today, her adult daughter, and her younger sister were trying to find out how to recover items out of the car and was treated horribly by the staff and told they needed permission to let them access the car from a woman in the hospital with multiple shattered bones. THEN they asked very rudely "Don't you have a DAD that can take care of this" No. They don't- he left when they were babies... but thanks for bringing that wound up to two distressed young girls dealing with an already traumatic situation.
