I have known this man most of the years he has been in business, having met him first at the DC abandoned vehicle auctions and then at the PG auctions. He will file a key to fit a vehicle just by feeling the tumblers with a blank and filing cuts into it by hand and at a very reasonable price. (Dept./number of cuts required for that model and whether it requires a transponder) This is the guy to see, but it's a one-man operation and you may not find him at the shop. Use the phone.
