I first contacted them the beginning of June. Got the quote called them and said go ahead we hired them. They said it would be a couple of weeks, we said ok. We waited 4 weeks called them again it took me trying 5 times then finally got them. They said it would be 5 more weeks because they were behind. So we waited 8 weeks called again took 2 days of trying to get them. The one that answered said she would get a hold of Rick to see what was going on said she would call back. Well we have not heard anything from them. I got a hold of the BBB told them what was going on, They sent 2 letters to them and still nothing. Well it is Oct 31rst. and nothing yet. So the BBB told us to call the Iowa Attorney. When a company makes a promise to do the work they had better do it. So now I am going to get a hold of the Iowa Attorney. We are not going to stop until they do the job they had promised to do 5 months ago. well they finally did the job. BUT when they left they left big tire ruts in our yard. We got the bill said if wasn't paid in 30 days would charge a fee until it was paid, I was going to send them a bill for the 5 months we waited. in the payment I told them about the mess they left, and guess what they never got back to me. DO NOT USE THIS PLAY, and they do not have an A rating with the BBB that is also a lie

Completely unprofessional company. First was told job would be done within two weeks, but after two months of calling and only getting response through text. That is right 20 calls and all i get is a text. then when they do show up employees clothes stained and holes in them and there trucks leaked fluid all over the place. When i asked what they were going to do about it they just put some wood chips on it and whatever was left behind was "not there problem". Then we get the bill and it is twice what estimate was. I was told I paid for work on an hourly rate and it took longer to get done. Ok, but when there guys spend more time sitting in there truck smoking cigarettes then working I shouldn't have to pay for that.
Like i said completely unprofessional.
