Dennis Sarslow of Brian Custom Homes is the best builder in Weatherford and the surrounding area. His attention to detail and old world craftsmanship far exceed the norm. He is a hands-on builder who is continually aware of all phases of construction and nothing continues without his approval. He holds your hand from plan development, construction, finish-out and move in and makes building a home a pleasurable experience. I am in the Real Estate business and have seen a lot of builders and I choose Brian Custom Homes to build my home. He is the "Rolex of custom home builder" and I highly recommended him to anyone thinking of building their dream home!

Brian Custom Homes, owned and run by Dennis Sarslow, is absolutely superb. We heard horror stories about custom home builders. But multiple references for Brian Custom Homes all gave glowing reports, from little old ladies to bank presidents. This is the top notch top, shelf custom builder, and a nice guy as well. We hired him and are extremely happy with our finished home. He built us a lake house, and the exterior is completely covered in sandstone. We have a hail resistant roof, tankless water heater, radiant heat barrier, burried propane tank, buried electrical, high efficiency heat-pump, tall windows with solar screens, a force-5 above ground, tornado room that serves as a beautiful pantry, granite counters in kitchen and baths. On and on. Dennis pays great attention to quality building techniques and interior touches. He listens to his customers and works with your plans to improve them in multiple ways.
