Very nice and knowledgeable. Fixed what I asked for and told me what else is needed. I have an older, high mileage vehicle so I understood going into it that he would find multiple issues. I will calling back to get the additional work done. Thanks Brian!!

Brain was very quick and he came when he said he would....his price is very very reasonable. That best part that I liked was how is came to my car to fix the issue and it didn't take him long at all!

I called for the first time & was blown away by the promptness & quality of work from brian. He fiqured out & fixed my problem in no time & very reasonable too, i am very pleased & will use from now on!!!!!

NEVER use him!!! My vehicle ended up with many more issues after using a mobile service for the first time. His response was simply, "Next time something goes wrong...call someone else". Well no worries! I intend to! Very unprofessional! Willing to accept my money. LOTS of it I ended up paying over $2k in a 2 month period. And now he just "doesn't want to be bothered" with issues he may have caused. I now understand why dealing with the dealership is best!!

I am the owner & i remember this customer. My main goal is to please every customer, but the reality is i simply cannot please everyone no matter how hard i try. The vehicle is a high mileage Range Rover (which everything is expensive for) SUV with multiple issues in different areas & the customer had a very hard time understanding that fixing 1 or 2 problems does not fix all the problems. The work i did was performed correctly the first time & every job i execute comes with a warranty. That's how i work, i triple check every job i do to make sure its correct the first time every time. Unless i was willing to work & replace everything that she needed for free(parts & labor) then the customer could not be satisfied.
