I didn't put in any parts or change anything because there was no indications of what to change. I was honest about it! I did make the trip out and offered to return at no additional charge if the water leak showed up again. It may have been the doggie water bowl that got spilled?

As far as the oven/ range .. I don't have a shop for anyone to bring in any appliance. Nor do I have any employees, just me. I think they have me mistaken for a company that has a carry-in shop. Regardless, I DO provide a guarantee behind all of my work, but I must be informed of any additional problems if something happens. Intermittent problems can most always be troubling to find and repair,

My oldest son told me I had water on the floor behind my washer. After having a panic attack, I looked in the YP and found the appliance repair named 'Brice"s.' We called them and set up an appt. Long story short....the repairman came out and told us there was NO water anywhere to be found coming from my washer. Needless to say I was quite surprised. In the end, the repairman charged me $95.00 for about 20 minutes of looking-but said he would come back out in 30 days if washer leaks,,,,again at no charge. The repairman could brush up on customer etiquitte. So, will continue this saga....if and when my washer leaks in the next 30 days! To be continued.......

You should NEVER go there! He owner ripped me off on the price and "fixed" my oven for a total of about 4 meals before the same problem re-occured. I then took it to a LEGITIMATE company who fixed it for nearly half the price and with much higher quality work and customer service. The workers were cold and shivelless. I WILL NEVER go back to brices!
