I booked a room at the Brisbois Motor Inn on a Saturday night with my credit card. When I arrived at the motel, they were full and they had the date of my arrival for Sunday. They told me that the would not charge my credit card for Sunday but they did. I had to scrabble to find a room in Prairie du Chein for Saturday. When I received my credit card bill, I was charged. I call the Brisbois ten times to speak with a manager but there was never one on duty and after leaving messages with staff, no one ever returned my calls. I also left an email that has not been answered. Avoid booking this motel.
