Drivers are respectful and safe just had one drive by me at Cleveland and 17th and the fire trucks were coming they are the only vehicle that pulled over and stopped until the truck was past

Broad and James took great care of me. When my car wouldn't start they towed me to their shop and figured out the problem. They quoted me a price that was less than some other places I called while I waited, so I let them do the job. My car runs great now, I haven't had a problem starting since and I they were great people to work with. I recommend Broad and James.

i really have to say stay far ...

i really have to say stay far from here they towed my girlfriend in with a bad fuelpump not only did she sit there all day but was over charged for the part as well as the labor i really think it a shame to see a single lady come to their shop and beat her as they did.

fuel pump at the napa store is $329.00 they charged her $392.78

charged her 3 hrs. labor and spent 45 mins. on it . she was from out of town so i guess it was a chance to rip her off. so a $450.00 job cost her $759.51

The customer was quoted a price before the repair was performed. The customer approved the price before the repair was performed. After finding out the cutomer was dissatisfied with the price, we called several of our competitors and our price was comparable or less than all of them. Her boyfriend told me he had called the dealer and the price they gave him was nearly $500 more than the price we charged. We charged the labor time which the Mitchell and All Data, the industry guides, list as the time for the repair. We quoted the customer the price for the repair before we did the repair. The customer received a 12 month/12,000 nationwide warranty with the repair and it was less expensive than most of our competition.
