Do you want your furniture and house to be damaged in a move? If so, these are your guys! Despite their claims of insurance and care, they did a horrible job on our move and now refuse to take responsibility. This is a cut rate moving company that charges high prices but does not understand the word quality or customer service. They left gashes and scratches on furniture, floors and walls. And, don't get me started about bed assembly. My son was almost seriously injured as they neglected to put back a set of screws in his crib. Overall, lazy, bad movers who care more about finishing the job than doing it right. Their claim about being the #1 rated moving company in the area is false so don't be fooled!

They talk a good game but in the end you regret having them in your home. First they do an in house assessment for your quote. Josh did my quote for a move a few months out. He talked a big game about how they were professional and all his employees were experienced. He also stated the hygiene and professionalism about his movers. They quoted my move at 5 hrs and said it usually takes less time. My 5 hrs was quoted for a 2 bedroom apartment and a garage full of boxes, bins, and totes. When we were ready to move we called them and they pretty much lost all our info. I had to send them my inventory all over again. This should of been my first red flag. My wife and I decided to move all the stuff in our garage ourselves to lessen the time (keep that in mind). The movers arrived in what could only be viewed as a cattle/ horse trailer with the sides boxed off. That should of been my second red flag. They were supposed to arrive between 8 and 9 am but showed up at 10 wearing shorts and T-shirts(professional?) they were supposed to bring wardrobe boxes but forgot them. it took about an hour for someone to bring them out. The move started out great they loaded the truck and within 2 and a half hours they had everything but my 2 tv's, a glass display case, 5 wardrobe boxes and my glass coffee table. They ran out of room so they said they would come back for the rest. As we headed out to the house it started raining. They also said that they were going to get lunch before delivering my furniture. An hour later they showed up to unload(my new house was 15 minutes away). That makes it 3 and a half hours. They started unloading and as time went on I noticed they were in the truck for about 30 to 45 minutes without making a trip. I went to see what was up and they were on the phone talking to their boss. Apparently the horse trailer they were using had open areas near the tires so all the puddles they hit during the storm on the way to the house soaked in to my mattress. They assured me that my mattress would be REPLACED(remember this part). They finished unloading the truck and putting my canopy bed back together and went back for the rest of the stuff. Once again they stopped somewhere before heading to the apartment. I stayed at the house and my wife and mother head back to the apartment. 2 to 3 hours later they were back. 3 hrs for 2 tv's some glass tables and some wardrobe boxes? They unloaded the rest of the stuff and i noticed that they damaged my glass coffee table by lifting it from the attached glass rather than the bottom. they said sorry and that was it. They loaded my soaked mattress and box spring back on the truck and gave me the bill. Remember my 5 hour quote well it took them about 11 hours to do this job. I was charged for 8 because of all their problems. Their quote was $90 an hour plus a $90 truck rental. Also remember my initial quote included the full garage that they didn't have to move. So the next day a call up about my mattress and none of their bosses were aware of what happened. So I told them what happened and they said they would call me back. No callback all day or weekend. I called on Monday and their main boss Gary tells me what an inconvenience it is for my mattresses to be inside his truck all this time(really?) I told him how inconvenient it is for my wife and I to have to sleep on the floor because of his company. The best part is that they will not replace my mattress. They want to have it cleaned and brought back to me. This was on Monday it is now Thursday and now he wants me to take my dirty mattress back and he'll send some one to clean it here. I ended up buying a new mattress because I was not getting anywhere with this company. They even fired the employee that said the owners would replace the mattress(nice Christian company indeed). In closing if something gets damaged during your move, don't expect them to do anything about it. Do not use this company for any of your moving needs.

I have used Brothers E Z Movers three times now and have never a problem with them. Kmathews80 has a review on here of what a terrible job they did for her. One misstake does make them a terrible company. This is my SON and HIS WIFES thinking.......I do not agree with them Now I want to use Brothers E Z Movers again, but they will not come out and help us because of what they did. Use BROTHERS E Z MOVERS...they are a great company. My son always does what his wifes says....does thaT TELL YOU SOMETHING!!!!!!!!!!!! He hung up on me when I was talking to him......that's one less thing he will get from me when I die in my will. HAVE A HAPPY DAY EVERYONE AND USE BROTHERS EZ MOVERS....YOU WILL NOT BE SORRY.

A friend refered me to Brothers and I called. I spoke with Gary and he is the owner and right from the start I felt very comfortable. We set up a visual he came right over. He gave me a quote of $1500 flat to completely pack and move my three bedroom house from riverview to clearwater. Six men came started at 7:00 and packed and loaded everything in five hours. It took them one hour to drive and almost two to unload. I was blown away at the job they did. The quote was for 10 to 12 hours and they did it in 8. Excellent job!

They move my one bedroom apartment in one hour! They had good attitudes and worked good together. I will use them again:-)

When I moved the work was so rushed that items were broken dented I will never use your company again bad customer service

They gave me a fair price and did awesome work from the first phone call to the finnal bill. It was exactly what a moving experience should be.

I couldn't be happier with my experience using Brother's EZ Moving. From my first phone call with Gary I knew I had chosen the right moving service. He and his outstanding team arrived right on time, moved everything with care and even finished earlier than anticipated. If you are are looking for an honest, hardworking team, these are your guys. I recommend them to everyone and will never use any other service!

Gary is very responsible,fair, and professional. The team showed up on time and like a well oiled machine had my entire house packed, loaded, moved, and unloaded in 9 hours... outstanding!!! Easiest move I ever had.

I was impressed to see that someone actually care about you and not just about getting as much money as possible from you, then when the guys arrived to my house they were all nice and professional and start working right away! one of the guys offer to help me to disconnect my computer because he saw that I was having hard time disconnecting it, sometime it's just nice to see that people care about the person more then just charging you.

Excellent and professional service! These guys work fast and they are friendly. Man, it takes a lot of character to smile after that workout! They take credit which is rare. They made a 3 hour job less than 45 minuets flat! I wish I can take them with me to unload my stuff.

These guys are the most honest movers you'll Find. They will not try to upsell you or change the price on you. They are thorough, on time and efficient. I would never move with anyone else. I have used other movers and they can't compare.

I used Brothers to completely pack and move me from an apartment to a house and thought they were outstanding. The movers went above and beyond during every step of the process to ensure that my stuff was taken care of. The best parts were the quality of service and their attention to detail.

Brothers is the best! They took great care of our furniture they made sure that they packed all my dishes and fragile items with excellent care. They wrapped all my stuff and were very careful when they moved it. They smiled and were very polite. The price was fair. They were highly recommended from my brother in law and I would tell anyone who is needing help packing and moving to give them a call.

My experience with Brothers was good overall. They completely packed my three bedroom apartment and moved us to our new home with great attitudes considering they worked practically nonstop all day. It was a family feel yet professional. They worked great together and they were friendly.
