We had Brunner out to do some work on our pump. After 2 months without a bill I instructed our bookkeeper to contact them to pay the bill. Another 2 months go by, I'm thinking the bill has been paid as we've seen no bill and I get a bill in the mail - to the WRONG address - with "Small Claims Account" written in red all over the envelope and snotty message inside. I then immediately call Brunner to let them know I'd not seen the bill (the only reason I had it is because the neighbor it'd been going to brought it to me), that I'd assume it'd been paid as it'd been ordered up to be paid and that I would be paying it immediately. (This was a $500 bill.) Brunner's response was a very nasty... "Isn't that just how it always goes...nobody ever gets the bill." After I take the time to call - and they have the wrong address on the bill! When I told him I didn't appreciate the writing in red all over the envelope and pointed out that it would have been more productive to call us about the bill I got a sneering sound through the phone. I told him I was going to write this review and he just didn't care so I'm writing it to show that its not okay to treat people like dirt when they call you up and do the right thing. There are a A LOT of good companies that will treat their customers with respect and handle their accounts well. Go to one of them and skip this person!
