BEWARE. Go ANYWHERE else!! We picked the flooring in June. It was not ordered until maybe a week or two before the house was to be complete in November. We were then told the carpet was back ordered and wouldn't be in until December 1st. A few days later we were called back and told it wouldn't be in until the middle of December. So now we were waiting solely for the floor, the rest of the house was complete. We were supposed to be in the week of Thanksgiving. My husband tried calling during business hours. There was no answer. He left work early to get there before close and nobody was there, even though hours were posted on the door. When Lynn finally called him back she told him not to come Friday and that Saturday would be better. She specifically told him to come between 10-2. We got there at noon and there was not a soul there. At this point I am so fed up I called and left a message to cancel the carpet and went to Jake's Carpet who had the carpet, and installed it the following week. Wish I had started there in the first place. When I finally got a call back that Monday, I told Lynn we went Saturday at the time we were told and she said "yeah I'm the one who told him to come then, huh, don't know what time they closed". How do you operate like this? Then she proceeded to tell me that even though we have had this carpet picked since June, even if they had it they wouldn't get it in this week or next because they are just too busy. Nothing like being the last priority. When I told her we went elsewhere because this is insane she just said oh ok. Fine. The vinyl floor that was put down in the living room, kitchen, and dining room has three spots that we have found so far that have large lumps underneath where the floor was laid on top of something. When I called I was told they would send someone out. For four weeks nobody came and my contractor and I took turns calling pretty much daily since every time we were told a date, nobody came. It got to the point that when I called to find out, as soon as I said who I was on the phone, it was answered with a "yeah?" Finally the installer shows up. He looked at the spots and disgustedly says this is going to be a days worth of work. He confirmed that something is under the floor and said that my floor would have to be pulled up and the finished trim removed. He asked if he could schedule the day to do it to which I responded I have no problem rescheduling as long as you show up. It was scheduled for a Wednesday at 7:30 am. To no surprise, on Wednesday at 7:30 am not a soul showed up. We moved all of our furniture out of the kitchen and living room and nobody came. I called the shop, again, at 1030 when it opened. I talked to Lynn who said she would put me in touch with the installer, but refused to give me his number. The installer called me about an hour later and told me he decided that he was just going to pull up one plank cut off the tongue and glue it back down. I asked him why this was not an option when he was at my house and why this was not brought up to me. He said he saw it on YouTube and didn't think of it until Tuesday night. I asked if he has ever done this before and he said yes, but only on hardwood and laminate. Both of which are not waterproof. I told him this sounds to me like the lazy way out and I don't trust that cutting out the tongue will ever be water tight again. This is a brand new house and a brand new floor and the floor needs to be done the right way. When they finally showed up a month later, they hacked my floor, kicked planks back in, and removed trim from walls they were nowhere near, ruining it. They did not pull up the whole floor. When I called Bryan, the owner, and told him I had it on surveillance, he came out. He saw that floor seams were ledged and bubbled. He is the most unprofessional, arrogant person I have possibly ever met. He did not let me get a word in and tried walking out the door every time I spoke. He refuses to rectify the s
