I called Buddy's and left a message and got a call back within an hour. Someone came out to measure our carpet the same week and made the installment appointment! Professional and very easy to work with, follow up is excellent, good quality service and installation. Would contact Buddy's again in the future for any flooring need!

..Had arranged to have Buddy's install hardwood flooring upstairs and down with a break in between due to other contractors work. The work was very sub par and amateurish. Contacted the Project Manager, she paid great lip service and had the installers remove and replace section that was so off you fit 2 quarters in the gap. This generated more cost scrap and more cost to me. Work they did after that was not any better (several boards were installed with chips)..... Had to rework several areas, needless to say they were not asked back to do the remaining areas. In this case you truly get what you pay for...
