The other reviews are pretty accurate. Tim has come to my house twice now. Once for a water heater thermostat and now a dryer thermostat. Both times he was excellent and provided great service. He quotes you the materials and states his labor charge ($85/hr). He's upfront, honest, does good work at a fair price, and works efficiently. Usually has parts in the truck, so he can do it without delay.

On my latest call, he saw the fin in my dryer had fallen off. On his own, he located the screws for it, found the fin, and put it back on as part of the service. He also tightened the other fins. I will continue to use them for all of my repair needs and recommend them to all who want good service at a fair price.
