Horrible -told my roadside assistance company that they could clear the garage. Then told my daughter and I that they couldn't and the two of us needed to push our car down from the third floor. When I told her that I was a forty -six year old woman and my daughter and I couldn't do that she said they would send someone and figure it out. Their estimated time of arrival was in about 90 minutes. When 90 minutes came and went and they were yet to arrive I called them back and was tod "oh, we aren't coming."

If I could rate this place 0 I would. Canceled while waiting on 95 without any notification from the dispatcher or a call back from the tow truck driver who said they were on the way. Called back to get an ETA and never picked up. Called back the day after to speak to someone preferably a supervisor and still no answer since they knew I was not a happy customer. Horrible service, horrible company, horrible Everything!

This is the worst towing service! The driver lied to my AARP Plan that my car was difficult to put on his flatbed and was in a shopping plaza. Untrue also. He was looking to be paid more for the service and rip off my towing insurance company. He pushed my car onto his flatbed truck in less than 2 minutes, as my car was not blocked by anything. When my AARP towing called me to inform me that the driver was having difficulty loading my car and I told them he was lying, the tow truck driver took my car off his truck and abandoned me in 95 degree heat!

On January 17, 2015 at 12:58 PM to be exact, I called 1-866-434-4357 for Roadside Assitance as stated on my contract of Warranty Solutions. My problem was that I needed a tow truck to take me to Lipton Toyota, 2.5 miles away from where I was.

I spoke to a lady, who was very helpful and warm, quite an invaluable asset when your car breaks down. She took my personal information, and the location of where I was in order to have my car towed to Lipton Toyota, where I was coming from initially. Afterwards I received a text message, from Budget Enterprises (provider of the towing service), stating the ETA: 02:21 PM, one hour and 9 minutes time frame. That was a reasonable amount of time, even though it was quite a long wait, so at 2:13 PM I decided to call the towing company itself, since they had provided the phone number on the text message, to call for any concerns. I could not have the name of the customer service person, but on this first call, she was pleasant and told me that it was not going to be that long, and the towing truck would be at the location I provided to the Roadside Assistance rep. 30 minutes later and seeing that the tow truck was not arriving to where I was, I called back and spoke to the same young woman and asked her if there was any problem. Well, after that she got really rude, saying that I had provided the wrong address. My location was 3301 State Rd. 7 (441), and she said that I had given 3301 W Oakland Park Blvd. instead. I told her that I needed help and I didn’t understand that even if I had provided the wrong address, that was located 3 blocks from where I actually was. She really became angry when I said that, and said that it didn’t matter how far from the correct address the towing truck had gone, and it was my fault, and she said: “you know what, now I’m going to call the driver and cancel the towing service”.

I could not believe what I was hearing. Is this a real company, I thought, or is it a joke? She was absolutely rude and disrespectful, and I want Budget Enterprises to know about this incident. Of course after that I called Warranty Solutions and complained and they apologized and received the complaint, saying it was not the first time this happened. Within 20 minutes they sent another towing truck company, Express Towing , and ironically enough this company is located further away from my location that Budget Enterprises is.

Express Towing came so fast, and the driver so helpful, that it really makes a difference when you have someone that will be there for you.
