Prices are not consistent. Never on time. Horrible customer service

Terrible!! This is the 2nd time I have had a problem, and I do not plan to use this company again.



First time, called the night before and asked for a ride to the train station from EIU campus for the next morning. Called in the morning when cab was not there on time, the person had not written it down. They would not be able to be there for 10-15 min + so needless to say, missed the train.



Second time, train came in at 7:20. Called (an hour before) and person said they would be there when train got in. Nobody there, called at 7:30, response "be there in 10 minutes", well 30 minutes later, still nobody. Called another company, which said they would be there in 5 minutes, BEFORE Budget Taxi.



Would rather pay the extra money for actually good customer service. Also, no customer service phone number??? Just the cell phone number for the driver?? I can't even call to talk to someone about this!

Phone number doesn't work, don't bother calling.
