Awesome! I have used their services for 15 years from and to kci airport. They are very honest and below market rates. They are prompt and kind. And the fat guy named danamit1969 used to work for their competition before they went out of business!!. Thank you budget . Keep up good work.

Budget taxi was recommended to me by a friend. I was able to get a quote online and make my reservation online too. The reservation confirmation via email took 2 days, so I called beforehand to make sure I was in the books. The driver came right on time. The car was clean, the driver was friendly (and helped with my bag), and he was a safe driver. There was a $3 fee to use a credit card, so bring cash if you're trying to save. I'll use them again! By the way they added another phone line (816)921-5000.

Called for a cab to KCI . Dispatcher was very polite and very professional. After short time the driver was in my drive way and his car was clean smelling fabulous. He drove me and my daughter very safe to airport. I hope that helps. AAAAA*****

I have taken many cab's. I have to say i took budget taxi last week and they were there within 15 minutes of the call i was standing outside in zero degree weather. When they pulled up they got out and offered help and asked if we wanted some of there hot cocoa to warm up. Very friendly warm driver. They took me to drop my grandson at school and then to wal-mart and back home. I asked the driver then whats the damage,He said, $25. I was like wow in disbelief. Because i know he spent at least 45 minutes with me. Any other taxi would have charged at least $45. I appreciated the kind of service they provided. Fast,respectful, honest and friendly. Made me feel comfortable from beginning to end of the ride. Definitely would prefer them over any other cab service.

I have tried several taxi companies including yellow and checker. Neither were dependable. In fact yellow told me my cab would arrive in15to 30 mind. Two hours later I was still waiting. Another time I called checker and could not believe how rude the person was. A friend of mine recommended budget taxi. I've been riding with them about two yyrs.now and yes they have been late on occasion but overall I've been very satisfied. And yes I've ridden with the driver that didn't have any markings on his car but he is one of the best taxi drivers I've ever had. Ithink his name is Bill. They also r the lowest priced taxi in the city

After I had waited about 20 minutes longer than the promised time of arrival, a driver arrived in an unmarked car and was not wearing any sort of identifying information. There was no way I was going to get in the car with him .

Be very careful and have a second taxi service in hand. We ordered a taxi for the following day but it did not show up. Questioning why taxi is not coming we got the very strange answer they will not serve our area - the evening before our area (Olathe) was no problem.

I have used them quite few times. They are on time and outstanding. Cabs like them are too few and far in between. Nicole Pratt
