If I could give zero stars I would. A week of calling both emergency and business lines, leaving several messages, I never heard back. Apparently a home with four small children with no power in January doesn't matter to them, because I know for a fact he was speaking with another client during that time span. Called someone else and he was there in two hours. Will never attemlt to use Bullard again.
