I called Burnsville Towing to help with my daughters car, stuck in a mall parking lot and with basically no room to move. Eric was incredible, not only was he incredibly careful with the car but was also very friendly and infomative. He worked so hard to make everything right it was fantastic! I will not call anybody else ever! What a great company!

Our Ford Escort Stalled at the bottom of 35North & an officer stopped & helped us get a Towing Co which turned out to be you Eric was tow truck driver he was very polite & helpful he got our car started & we were on our way. I really & truly appreciate all the help Eric gave us He`s our hero I don`t know the officer`s name but he was also very helpful & we appreciate his help also Thanks again Sue & Gerald Zafke The date was June 22 at 3: 30pm

The guys at burnsville towing really know what they are doing... the Driver (Brian) did the tow and was respectful, knew what he was talking about and also knew how to run the rig. Granted, he was greasy and scruffy but any tow truck driver that looks like that shows he is dedicated to the job and puts forth effort into his work.... somebody deserves a raise.. Keep up the good work guys!!!

Wonderful service. Came promptly to where my car broke down and was very comforting and knowledgeable. Most decently priced tow I have ever had as well. Greatly recommend to anyone.

The service to bring my car from the repair shop to my house was quick and the driver was trying to be helpful by putting my car in the driveway for me. However, the driveway is on a hill, which he did not indicate was an issue. By the time the car was on the ground, I had two huge gauges in my blacktop. I was cordial with the driver and apologized that I would have to call the company and report the problem and he seemed to understand. Management, however, was extremely combative with me. I told the manager what happened, he said that is why they don't like to drop cars off in driveways. I told him that as a customer I should be told if that could possibly happen so that I can choose to have it left on the street and that having my driveway gauged was unacceptable. He responded with "lots of things in life are unacceptable." I couldn't have been angrier with that response. He is supposedly coming to take pictures of the driveway tomorrow. We'll see how this goes...

I was stranded on the side of the road and the awsome guy from Burnsville Towing came and rescued me! I didn't have to wait very long and his price was reasonable. If I ever get stuck again (I hope not) I will definately call these guys. Thank you Burnsville Towing!

My experience with burnsville towing was outstanding. They were on time and thier rates were very reasonable (much less than others i called). The driver was very helpful and knowlegable. The driver reffered me to the burnsville parkway bp and they too were great. I want to thank those guys for helping me when i needed it most. Good job!

I recently broke down on 35w and contacted my aaa service to call me a tow service. upon arrival the driver was greasy, looked as if he hadn't showered in over a month, and smelled horribly. then to make things worse he was rude to me and didn't really seem like he had a clue what he was doing. I would never use this service again and I hope you won't either.
