I am very happy with this company..great prices, and I have a terrible driveway, and the drivers try very hard to navigate it, and have always delivered, even in snow.

Their drivers aren't very good and don't deliver when it snows. I can't understand how a home heating oil company in Connecticut won't deliver in bad weather. I would suggest to them that they invest in tire chains for their vehicles. I have now been without heating oil for 7 days and have been buying diesel 10 gallons at a time. When I tried to reschedule a delivery they told me it would be 2 days at the earliest due to deliveries already scheduled with other customers. Really?...Have they been without oil for 7 days, were they scheduled before me? These people don't care about their customers. Maybe they'll care when I drop all my rental property accounts.

These idiots will wait til you are low on oil to deliver in the middle of winter. Let's wait til the driveway is all ice. No brain cells will result in you having an emergency. I should note they are not the only company of oil suppliers that have the same organization problems due to poor management.
