We at C&N Inspections are experienced professionals who have examined hundreds of homes for prospective buyers and sellers. Our principal, Peter Weber, has over 20 years' experience in all phases of construction, from framing to high-tech HVAC. Licensed by NACHI ( National Association of Certified Inspectors ), we are affiliate members of the New Castle Country Board of Realtors and of Cecil County's Board of Realtors. We are fully insured in the tri-state area in which we work: Delaware, Maryland, and Pennsylvania. We specialize in residential and light commercial properties ( multi-unit apartment buildings ). In addition to standard inspections, we offer environmental testing for septic, water, radon, mold, and air quality. We have a genuine interest in our clients' safety and well-being and a special interest in first-time buyers. From top to bottom, we inspect the property for any existing or potential safety hazards that may exist, and report on them in clear, easy-to-understand language. We also check for problems with the structural integrity of the property. We enjoy educating our clients and urge you to be present at our inspections, during which we can learn about the house together and you will view the property through impartial, objective, trained eyes.
