Ray removed old tub/surround and installed a beautifully tiled ADA walk-in shower; he also replaced old toilet with a new Toto toilet and washlet system. Ray knows his business and is committed to a job well done. Thanks Ray!

Ray did a wonderful job tiling our kitchen. I chose an awkward sized tile that I really loved and Ray was able to work with it and did a beautiful job. He took his time and made it look perfect. Ray was friendly and professional and left his workspace clean at the end of the day. I would use him again without any hesitation.

Ray removed our damaged fiberglass shower and replaced it with a porcelain tiled shower which includes decorative mosaic trim, a niche, and a custom built bench.Ray is a perfectionist and he has a handful of very competent contacts (plumbing store, tile wholesaler, plumber, general contractor) to help the job go smoothly.He also repaired dry rot, installed a new Toto toilet and replaced the existing flooring with porcelain tile to match the shower. We really love the heated floor option that he recommended. We originally decided to go through the permit process for the remodel, which Ray warned us would add extra time but if we wanted to go that route he was willing to get the electrical and plumbing permits. In retrospect, the permit process was unnecessary and delayed the project, which frustrated ourselves and Ray. He handled that professionally as the customer's right. We learned a lesson.Ray cares about the quality of his work and he has the experience to give him mastery in remodeling. We are very pleased with our new bathroom thanks to Ray's hard work.

Ray re-tiled our walk in shower. He was very helpful throughout the process, lined us up with a good tile source and even referred us to an excellent carpentry handy man for another job we needed done. The shower turned out great. Ray knows his stuff.

Wow, Ray what a great tile man. He has done TWO showers for us and both are PERFECT. He has such knowledge and loves what he does. The first shower was a remodel torn down to the studs, so he started from scratch. The second was a botched job from another contractor, who maybe someday I will report to the powers that be. Ray did such a great job in "fixing" our second shower, that we almost wish we had a 3rd shower he could remodel.Thanks Ray :-)
