Cal West has made several relatively modest repairs to our roof. Most were “Maintenance” repairs (not covered by our home warranty), but either way Cal West has always been VERY responsive, and customer oriented. They explained to me what was causing the leaks (valleys needed cleaning. Turns out this model home and this type of roof - cement tiles - required regular yearly cleaning to avoid “damming” in the valleys). Then they cleaned the valleys, repositioned tiles that had slipped, replaced cracked or broken tiles and sealed gaps that could allow water in during extreme weather. They make a super human effort to address concerns based on the weather forecasts and the severity of your problem. They’re in high demand so I find that kind of prioritization EXTREMELY helpful!

I would like to thank you for the great job that your men

did in tearing off our old roof, and putting on the new. We

were VERY Pleased how every part of the job was

handled. I appreciated Aaron and Al's phone calls

updating me from the beginning of the job until the end, it

has been quite awhile since I've received such service.

Thank You, Aaron, for personally coming out and checking

on the job, and having your men "tarp" the roof when it

looked like rain. The workers were very well mannered. I

also appreciated them letting me know what was going on

(when I was home). The grounds were left clean and

materials were always stacked neatly to the side. Last of

all it looks WONDERFUL.
