Free wifi, utilities included, and friendly staff. A decent sized pool to go along with that complex as well as a rec center and fitness center for residents, it even has a computer lab for current students. Maintenance can be a bit slow but it does have a lot of residents and they're not miracle makers. Definitely worth looking into for anybody.

campus crossings is the most convenient places to live. it is located right next campus, Walmart is less than one mile away with restaurants, and has its own computer lab and pool. the new manager ms.lashun is great and gets things done if you ask her to do it. maintenance can be slow at times but if you give them a few days for small things you'll be fine. a lot of residents hate maintenance for being slow but they need to know that they are not the center of campus crossings and have to wait like everyone else. overall this place is great for incoming students and current students with everything you need so you don't have to go on campus for everything.

I feel truly sorry that these people have had the experiences that they have. However, since the first moment I have done business with them I have had nothing but an easy and pleasant experience. The office staff have been some of the most helpful people that I have ever had the pleasure of working with, and the building maintenance does an amazing job of keeping up the grounds. People like to complain about things like gunshots that happen no where near the property or that maintenance upwards of a whole two days to get to them, to them I say that there are many residents ad few techs. Excellent experience.

I would give no stars if this would let me. Campus Crossings is a horrible place to live. The guy before me said it best "They will charge you for absolutely anything they legally can." So on top of ridiculous fees, you also get very, very poor maintenance. Don't count on getting anything done for at least a month. I had a leak in the hallway in my apartment, and it formed a puddle on the carpet that we had to continuously clean up for almost 2 months before they finally fixed it. So if you do choose to move here, at least pray that your apartment doesn't have any mold from any other leaks they may have left for that long.

I truly could advise anybody reading this any stronger, but trust me, do move into campus crossings. The staff and management at Campus Crossings could not be any less helpful than they are. Rent runs about 450$ a month but go ahead and set aside 10-25$ extra for fees. They will charge you for absolutely anything they legally can. There is a new fee on top of the utilities overages every month. Even the manager will personally charge you and your roommates for a noise violation if she thinks you're loud. Every time you go to the office, you are told to come back because they don't know the answer to your question. The computer lab is a joke, and the printer has been "out of toner" since a month into the semester. Also expect them to charge you for THEIR mistakes, and also for the management to tell you they will let you pay a few days late, then evict you..Also, they monitor parking at all hours of the day and if your visitors don't park in the visitors section, expect a boot on their tire.Three of my friends that live here also had their apartments broken into and robbed. The parking lot sucks and needs to be repaved. Besides the shootings, multiple armed-robberies, and crappy management, I can't complain. It is close to campus and the actual apartments and pool are nice. But the staff here has completely ruined my experience here and I couldn't be happier for my lease to run up so I can move out without any extra fees. Campus Crossings is a joke.
