We were saved. After 3 hrs on the road, a blown tire, an unusable spare and hours in a parking lot with our 3 kids, at night, we were so fortunate they were our AAA responders. I don't remember the drivers name, but he absolutely went above and beyond to make sure that we weren't stranded last night. He agreed to take all 5 of us in the truck and after heading that we were 3 hours from home and so had 30 minutes to go until our destination he made a call to a friend that owns a tire shop and we were able to get 2 tires for our truck so we could continue our trip. I don't know what we would have done without him.

Run Away. They will show up even if you do not call them and try to help. It does not matter if you say no. They will try to tow your car even if you do not want them to and then hold it for ransom. Do not use this company.
