I work at a hotel a watch as this unreliable company screws people over again and again. They think there's nothing else and can be rude and do whatever they want, use Uber.

I called Capital city taxi for a cab to pick me up between 9:30 and 10:00 am for a trip to the Santa Fe airport. The cab arrived at 9:38 am. The driver loaded both my bags and the trip to the airport was fine. The driver told me all about the airport and what to expect when we arrived she unloaded my bags and carried them in to the check in counter. She was very courteous and the experience was a pleasant one.

Called they said a driver would be right there. 45 min and two phone calls and still "he will be right there" They could have let us know that it would be well over an hour to get a cab.
