We had Captain Carpet Care come to clean our carpets when we were trying to sublet our apartment. We hadn’t been able to get anyone who seemed seriously interested until after we had the carpets cleaned. To be fair they had not been cleaned for at least the 6.5 years we had lived here. After that we had several people express interest in subletting the property and signed it over within about 2 weeks. So we are very pleased. Captain Carpet Care did a great job making sure they were able to get rid of all the stains.

Our lobby contains 5 area rugs that we now have cleaned by Captain Carpet Care quarterly. The lobby is in a tall multistory building, is very highly trafficked (probably 1000+ people daily), and the carpets become soiled very quickly. We have had them cleaned a handful of times by CCC and the rugs continue looking new and colorful. We are happy with our partnership with Captain Carpet Care and look forward to years of continued service.

When we moved to the Bay we had to find an apartment quickly because my husband had to start work immediately. After 4 days in a hotel we found a really nice apartment, but they said it would take 1-2 weeks to clean it and most of that was due to waiting for the carpet cleaners. So my husband made a deal that we would have the carpets cleaned if we could move in that weekend and they would just have to fix the other stuff up. So they called us on Saturday afternoon to say that they had finished everything else and we talked to Captain Carpet Care earlier about coming that weekend. They (CaptainCC) had an appointment available and were able to clean our new apartment that day which allowed us to move in on Sunday and allowed my husband to get back to work without missing any days, although he was a little tired from the move. Anyway, as far as Captain Carpet Care is concerned, they did an excellent job, they were able to fit us in on a weekend on short notice, and they have really great prices. So yes, we like Captain Carpet Care, and we recommend their services.

We regularly have Captain Carpet Care clean our meeting hall and other facilities after hosting large events, meetings or conventions. We have also had them clean heavily soiled rooms on occasion, when our cleaning staff has trouble or we are backed up. Keeping our hotel clean and presentable keeps our customers happy and coming back and we thank you for the part you play in helping us maintain the highest standards possible.

Our apartment tried to keep the deposit on our apartment because they said they would have to replace the carpet because of wear and tear we caused. I found Captain Carpet Care online for way less than what our deposit would have cost and they did an excellent job cleaning the place, saved us from having to lose our whole deposit and they made the apartment look brand new by the time we moved out.
