I just recently read this negative review and would like to respond. As the customer stated in her review she was told up front that we are strictly a car service, we do not have limos. The price given was $169.00 for a 2009 lincoln town car sedan for 3 passengers, she agreed and due to bad weather we upgraded her at no extra cost to a six passenger 2009 chevy suburban with leather seating (they do not come with vinyl). The driver asked why they all sat in the one row and not use the extra seating when they complained about being uncomfortable. The response was they didn't see the extra seat in the back. She did not ask for part of her money back, she wanted a total refund. So three people were picked up at 4am in a 6 passenger 2009 expensive suv in bad weather driven to logan airport and only paying for a sedan and she wanted all her money back. We are professionals and in this business for ten years, we do not use profanity at any of our customers for any reason.
