Hugely dishonest business. Overcharged us deliberately (and now as I'm discovering, many others as well), by saying they will email the receipt, instead of printing it. Recommended several unnecessary services, which we confirmed by taking it to a reputable place. Beware, it seems from reviews that recommending brake pad replacement is a standard operation at this place. When I tried to follow up, he recognized the number and refused to answer the phone. Instead, he texted and called me a "clown" and threatened me repeatedly. Stay far away!

Excellent service and outstanding warranty! Great experience I highly recommend these guys! There service ours and location make it convenient.

I called to ask about the different tiers of oil changes. The man on the phone was very short with me, not giving me any of the information i was asking for, and proceeded to tell me I could come in to get my answers but he wouldn't answer my questions and then he hung up.

I phoned back to speak with the manager. He told he he was the manager and that I was wasting his time. He hung up on me again.



I will NEVER associate with a company that treats their prospective clients with such disrespect.

"Sir you are wasting my time."

I would rate this zero stars if i could.

-Front desk person was very friendly and nice.

-The mechanic had very grimy hands. So what? He's the one that got in my car and touched my steering wheel and stick shift. When I got back in it, I could feel the grit he left behind, and my steering wheel cover washed off black water when I got home. SICK!!

*Worst of all- I bought this $25 for $50 coupon thinking I could get $50 of service for the $25 I paid. False. I had called yesterday, and was told the prices for the 3 oil changes is currently $24, $34, or $44 depending on which you choose. I come in expecting to get the full synthetic for $44, and he says it'll be $85 because he can't combine offers. Let me get this straight- I paid for an extra $25 value with this voucher. By trying to USE this voucher, I lose out on the store's $40 discount, so I'm actually paying $15 MORE than if I never bought it at all? This is idiotic!

This is sad to say the lest. I tried to get my oil changed at this shop today and had the worst run in with a manager there named "Jack". His name might have not been real but his lack of customer service was. Jack so he said was rude, unhelpful, and would not stop eating his cold cereal long enough to help me.



After I told him I would like to talk with his boss he continued to act like a 12 year old child and ate his cereal.



I will never suggest anyone close to me to try this shop out. There are way to many great places in the area to go to that know how to treat a client.
