I have never had trouble with landlords before this place. The manager seems nice, but her mother is the owner- so she will seem really sweet and then have her mother talk to you if there is a problem. Very 2-faced in their dealings and if there is any damage at all they will steal not only your initial deposit but also give you false charges and threaten to waste your time in the court room. Not worth the effort! Also, the places are unsafe and the police had to come to our neighborhood several times because of our neighbors.
