During the month of November 2007, Carm's auto body shop was contracted by AAA to come change my flat tire. Within 2 weeks of changing my flat tire on my Ford Expedition, my entire wheel came off when driving down Highway route 287 during evening rush hour. This was a result of Carm's not tightening the lug nuts properly. Carm's denied any wrong doing when they were definitely at fault.
