They gave us our phone but if you already have a phone number and you want to transport you would have to wait 2 hour before you could receive calls I believe

Before i decided to cancle my contract i went to the store and asked what my pentalation fee would be and the lady told me 100$. A month later i got a bill for 350$, 250$ differnce..... The lady didnt know what she was talking about NOW i have to pay more than double. They wouldnt give me extra time to pay this bill or cut it down to 100$ LIKE THE LADY TOLD ME WHO WORKS IN THE STORE. Worst phone service around PLEASE DONT WASTE YOUR TIME.

Horrible Customer Service. Horrible phone service. Small company that wants to bleed your wallet dry. Better off sticking with a large company or prepaid.
